1. Scope and use of the site
Alfredo A. Izaguirre, P.A. operates this site to describe its criminal defense services and provide general information. These terms govern use of its pages, resources and form in Spanish and English. By using the site, you accept the conditions applicable to that use. If you disagree, you may stop using it and contact the firm by phone.
The form is intended for adults contacting us for themselves or with authority for another person. The site does not offer client accounts, purchases or online engagement for legal representation. These terms are not a representation agreement and do not modify an existing one.

2. General information and jurisdiction
Content is not advice for an individual case or a substitute for consulting an attorney licensed in the relevant jurisdiction. Laws, decisions and procedures may change. Do not act or refrain from acting solely because of a page, video, review or news report on this site.
The office is in Coral Gables, Florida. Named communities are service areas, not additional offices. Access from another location does not imply that the attorney is authorized to practice in every jurisdiction. Consult the professional profile and confirm whether the firm can represent you in your matter.
3. Attorney-client relationship and confidentiality
Visiting, submitting a form or email, calling or receiving an initial response does not by itself establish an attorney-client relationship. The firm must evaluate the matter, check relevant conflicts and accept the representation. Scope, fees and terms are addressed separately.
Do not use the public form for confidential information, evidence or case documents. Do not assume an unsolicited message is protected by attorney-client privilege. These instructions do not eliminate duties imposed by law or professional rules toward a client or prospective client.
4. Consultations, fees and deadlines
The advertised initial consultation is free; this does not mean later representation is free. The firm will discuss fees, expenses and the scope of any engagement. This site does not process payments or enter into representation agreements.
The form requests a consultation; it does not reserve a confirmed appointment or guarantee an immediate response. Sending it does not suspend deadlines, change hearings or file anything with a court. If a date is approaching, call 305-442-0425. This site is not an emergency service.
5. Cases, reviews and media appearances
Past results and other clients’ experiences do not guarantee the same or similar outcome. Each matter depends on its facts, evidence and circumstances. Historical reporting describes the case’s stage when published and may not reflect later developments.
Public reviews describe individual experiences, not promises by the firm. An interview or commentary about a case does not mean the firm represents the people discussed. Media logos identify coverage or interviews; they do not imply a commercial affiliation or guarantee by those outlets.
6. Permitted access and restrictions
You may browse and save or print material for personal reference, subject to these terms, third-party rights and applicable licenses. Keep copyright and attribution notices on copies you are authorized to make. Ownership of the site or its marks is not transferred to you.
Do not send spam, impersonate others, transmit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, bypass security controls or interfere with availability. Provide accurate contact details and send only information you are authorized to share. Do not redistribute or commercially exploit protected content without permission or a legal basis.
These restrictions do not remove uses permitted by law, accessibility rights or express third-party content licenses. This site has no visitor forum or contribution-publishing feature.
7. Intellectual property and attribution
Rights in the firm’s original content belong to Alfredo A. Izaguirre, P.A. Third-party materials, including trademarks, photographs, videos, reviews and reporting, remain their owners’ property. Displaying or linking to those materials does not attribute ownership to the firm or grant a general license to reuse them.
Uses permitted by law and express licenses, including those in the image credits, remain effective. Other uses may require the owner’s permission. If you believe material infringes your rights, contact the firm, identify it and explain the basis for your request.
Sending an inquiry does not transfer ownership of your message or authorize publication as a testimonial. References to media, courts and platforms identify sources; they do not imply those entities endorse or guarantee the firm’s services.
8. Feedback about site functions
You may report errors or suggest improvements. If you voluntarily submit general feedback about how the site works, you allow the firm to evaluate and use it to improve the site without an obligation to compensate you. Do not send suggestions you lack authority to share.
This permission is limited to functional feedback: it does not turn legal inquiries, documents, personal data or client or prospective-client information into freely usable content or permit publication. That information remains subject to the privacy policy and applicable professional duties.
9. Privacy and external services
The Privacy policy explains information received, form recipients, external services and analytics choices. If the documents differ about data handling, that policy controls on that subject, without overriding law or professional duties. Site use does not replace consent where required.
Links to courts, news, Google, YouTube and other services provide additional resources. Those services have their own terms and policies and may change their content or availability. Review their conditions before using them or providing information. Linking does not give us control of an independent service.
10. Changes, availability and suspension
We may correct, update, modify or withdraw site functions and resources. Maintenance, failures, security measures or circumstances outside the firm’s control may interrupt access. We may rate-limit requests or block abusive use to protect the service.
Site availability is not guaranteed and does not include a commitment to ongoing technical support for visitors. An interruption or block does not terminate a representation, change deadlines or remove existing professional obligations. Use the firm’s contact details to communicate about a matter.
11. Available information and responsibilities
We aim to provide clear, useful information, but the site may contain errors. It is provided as available, without guaranteeing that every item is complete, current or suitable for an individual situation. Verify dates, requirements and circumstances with the attorney or court; do not rely exclusively on site operation to meet a deadline.
To the extent permitted by law, no implied warranties are made about the site’s operation as a technology product or service. This does not limit any warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded, promise fault-free operation or establish a monetary liability cap.
No provision prospectively limits liability for legal representation, removes professional duties or prospective-client protections, or requires waiver of unknown claims, nonwaivable rights or legal remedies. These terms also do not impose a general obligation to indemnify the firm for any use of the site. Any applicable liability is determined under governing law.
12. Electronic communications
We may respond to an inquiry using the contact details you provide and post site notices on these pages. Provide accurate information and tell the firm if you need another communication method. The privacy policy describes how communications are handled.
Submitting the form does not authorize automated advertising, accept service of court process by email or replace signature, notice or consent requirements established by law or a representation agreement.
13. Accessibility
We aim to make the site usable across devices and assistive technologies. If you encounter a barrier, call 305-442-0425 or email alfredo@izaguirrelaw.com. Identify the page, difficulty and, if you wish, the device or technology you use, without including confidential case information.
We will review the issue and reasonable alternatives for accessing the information or contacting the firm. This statement does not assert accessibility certification or guarantee external platforms’ operation.
14. Applicable law and dispute resolution
Applicable Florida and United States law governs site use without displacing mandatory protections of another jurisdiction. Disputes may be brought before competent courts under applicable jurisdiction and venue rules.
These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, waive jury trials or class actions, or require a contractual waiting period before exercising a right or filing a complaint. You may contact the firm to try to resolve a concern without suspending any deadline. Any representation terms are agreed separately and remain subject to law and professional rules.
15. Duration and general provisions
These terms apply while you use the site. We will publish revisions with an updated date and provide additional notices or obtain consent where legally required. A revision does not retroactively change a representation or remove accrued rights.
These terms and the privacy policy describe site conditions; they do not replace a representation agreement. Intellectual property and responsibility or dispute provisions continue to apply to events during your use, within legal limits. If a provision cannot be enforced, the others remain effective to the extent permitted. Not enforcing a condition on one occasion does not waive it for the future.
Mandatory consumer rights and professional duties prevail over incompatible provisions. Both language versions aim to communicate the same conditions; ask the firm for clarification if you identify a difference.
