1. Operator and scope
Alfredo A. Izaguirre, P.A.
338 Minorca Avenue, Coral Gables, Florida 33134, United States
alfredo@izaguirrelaw.com · 305-442-0425
In this policy, “the firm,” “we,” “us” and “our” mean Alfredo A. Izaguirre, P.A. We explain what information this website receives, why we use it, who receives it and your choices. This policy covers the Spanish and English versions and review copies that link to it.
It also covers visits from espanol.izaguirrelaw.com and abogadoscriminalistas.com when redirected to the consolidated site. It describes this version’s functions, rather than retroactively describing practices on the previous sites. Representation agreements and the firm’s applicable legal and professional duties continue to govern client and prospective-client information.
2. Notice at collection: categories and sources
The form requests your name, phone number, email address, preferred language, type of matter and an optional message. This summary identifies the categories this site may receive, their sources and purposes. Recipients are explained in “Disclosures and recipients.”
Identifiers and contact details
Source: you, or someone authorized to inquire on your behalf.
Examples and purposes: name, phone number and email address to respond, identify your inquiry and coordinate a consultation.
Correspondence and preferences
Source: your forms, emails and communications with the firm.
Examples and purposes: language, type of matter, message content and records of your request or contact choice, to understand the inquiry and maintain correspondence.
Sensitive details you include
Source: text you choose to send.
Examples and purposes: allegations, history or proceeding details that may reveal sensitive information about you or others. These are used to address the inquiry and meet applicable duties, not to infer characteristics for advertising.
Technical data and internet activity
Source: your browser and hosting, security and optional analytics services.
Examples and purposes: IP address, browser, device, requested page, time, date and diagnostics to deliver the site and prevent abuse. If you accept Analytics when configured, browser identifiers and browsing events may also be processed to measure site usage.
Public reviews and videos
Source: public Google reviews supplied by EmbedSocial and public information from the attorney’s YouTube channel.
Examples and purposes: a reviewer’s public name, text, date and rating; a video’s title, thumbnail and link, to present those resources with attribution.
We do not request identity documents, Social Security numbers, bank details, payment information or GPS location through this site. It has no client accounts, payments, document uploads or chatbot that processes inquiries. Do not send evidence, case documents, passwords or another person’s confidential information through the public form. Ask the firm for an appropriate way to share them.
Retention depends on the purpose and record type, as explained below. This site does not sell personal information or share it for cross-site behavioral advertising.
3. Purposes of processing
We process inquiries to respond, coordinate a consultation, understand the matter, determine whether the firm can assist and maintain relevant correspondence. We may also use them to check conflicts and meet legal and professional obligations, subject to applicable protections.
Technical data helps deliver and protect the site, limit abusive submissions, diagnose errors and maintain operations. IP addresses are used in submission rate controls. Optional analytics, when configured and accepted, helps us understand visits and the actions described in the cookies section.
We may process information to respond to privacy requests, meet legal obligations, or exercise or defend rights, subject to applicable confidentiality duties. The form does not make automated eligibility decisions, offer AI legal advice or decide whether representation is accepted. Submitting it authorizes a response to your inquiry; it does not subscribe you to advertising or authorize automated promotional messages.
4. Disclosures and recipients
The form sends your information to alfredo@izaguirrelaw.com and copies ariel@tutecnologia.com, the site’s technical contact. That copy includes the inquiry’s contents. Consider this additional recipient before sending a message.
Cloudflare processes hosting, security and form delivery. The recipients’ email providers process and may retain the message. The form does not create an account or save a copy in a website inquiry database. The firm, its providers and authorized personnel may handle information for the purposes described here. Disclosure may also be required by law, subject to applicable protections.
Contact and correspondence categories, including sensitive details you type, reach those recipients and the providers needed to deliver and handle the message. Technical data is processed by hosting and security providers; Google receives connection data and, where applicable, the optional measurement described below. Public review and video content is displayed to visitors.
We may share information with authorized personnel and professional advisers as needed to address the inquiry, meet obligations or protect rights. Any legally required disclosure or disclosure connected with a firm reorganization must respect professional duties, privileges and other applicable restrictions; this policy does not authorize unrestricted transfers of client files or information. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-site behavioral advertising.
6. Videos, reviews and external services
Video thumbnails load from YouTube’s image servers: Google receives technical connection data before you play a video. The privacy-enhanced YouTube player loads from youtube-nocookie.com only when you press play. This mode does not eliminate all processing by Google. When you play a video or open Google Maps, YouTube or another external link, that service’s policies apply.
Reviews are displayed natively. Our server contacts EmbedSocial to refresh public reviews; we do not load its tracking widget in your browser or send it form details. See the policies of EmbedSocial, Cloudflare and Google. A private review copy hosted in ChatGPT may require platform sign-in under that platform’s own notices.
External sites operate independently. Read their notices before providing information, signing in or using their features. Linking to them does not extend this policy to their services.
7. How long information is retained
Retention depends on the record’s nature and sensitivity, the inquiry’s purpose, whether representation begins, and applicable legal and professional obligations. We also consider conflict checks, potential claims and security needs. Different categories do not necessarily have the same retention period.
The form does not save a copy in a website inquiry database. Messages may remain in the firm’s mailbox and the copied technical contact’s mailbox; email services, technical logs and backups may have different retention periods. The analytics-consent choice stays in this browser until changed or cleared from site storage.
When information is no longer needed and no obligation or legitimate reason requires retention, we will delete or anonymize it. A record temporarily remaining in a backup may depend on that backup’s deletion cycle. You may ask about records concerning you and request deletion, subject to applicable restrictions. We do not represent that every provider follows a single deletion deadline.
8. Security and international processing
The site uses HTTPS and controls to limit abusive submissions and reject invalid requests. These measures reduce risks, but no internet transmission or storage system guarantees absolute security. Do not send confidential information or case documents through the public form.
The firm is in the United States. Hosting and email providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Legal protections may differ from those where you live. Using this site does not remove rights or obligations concerning international transfers where they apply.
9. Your privacy choices and rights
You can decline optional analytics without losing access to the form, change that choice using this page’s controls, clear cookies and storage through your browser, or contact us by phone or email instead of the form. Your browser may still communicate technical data needed to open the site or external services you use.
You can ask us to stop contacting you about an inquiry. This does not automatically erase earlier correspondence, change an existing engagement or replace communications required for a professional matter. If you withhold necessary contact information, we may be unable to respond or arrange a consultation.
Depending on your residence, applicable law, exemptions and whether that law covers the firm, your rights may include:
- Knowing the categories, sources, purposes and recipients of your data and obtaining access or a portable copy.
- Correcting inaccurate information or requesting deletion.
- Objecting to or opting out of sales, targeted advertising or certain automated processing, where relevant.
- Limiting certain uses of sensitive information or withdrawing consent where it is the basis for processing.
- Appealing a decision about your request and being free from unlawful discrimination for exercising your rights.
These rights are not absolute: professional confidentiality, privilege, retention obligations or other people’s rights may create exceptions. Requesting a consultation does not require waiving your rights.
10. Additional information for U.S. residents
California and other state privacy laws give certain individuals rights against entities and processing covered by those laws. Availability depends on each law’s requirements and exemptions; this policy does not assert that every such law applies to the firm.
For the current site, categories, sources, purposes and recipients are described in the collection notice and preceding sections. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-site behavioral advertising. We do not use sensitive inquiry details to create advertising profiles or the form to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
The site honors Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track by blocking its optional Analytics measurement, even if an earlier choice allowed it. The signal applies to the browser sending it; it does not erase earlier records or control external services’ independent practices.
California residents may ask the firm about disclosures covered by “Shine the Light” where applicable. Nevada residents may submit an opt-out request for sales covered by their law, although this site does not engage in that activity. Use the contact details in the next section for these requests and any other applicable state rights.
11. How to submit a request or appeal
Email alfredo@izaguirrelaw.com, call 305-442-0425 or write to the address below. Describe your request and provide enough information to locate the relevant correspondence. Do not send identity documents, Social Security numbers or case details through the public form to verify your identity.
We may verify your identity using contact information and existing records, or request additional information proportionate to the request through an appropriate channel. An authorized agent may need to establish authority and, where applicable, have you verify your identity directly. Verification information will be used to handle and protect the request.
We will respond within applicable legal deadlines and explain a denial or limitation where required. If your law provides an appeal right, request review at the same email address with the subject “Privacy appeal.” We will review the decision and communicate the outcome and information about the relevant authority as required by law. This policy does not limit your right to contact the appropriate privacy authority.
12. Children
This informational site is not directed to children under 13 and does not intentionally solicit their information. A parent or representative may contact the firm about representation for a minor. If you believe a child has submitted information without appropriate adult involvement, contact the firm to review its handling and deletion where appropriate.
The inquiry form is intended for adults contacting us for themselves or with authority for someone else. This does not prevent the firm from evaluating matters involving minors or alter its duties concerning those matters.
13. Changes to this policy
The date at the beginning identifies this version. We will publish revisions here and provide additional notice or seek consent when legally required. Changes do not retroactively authorize incompatible processing of previously collected information or replace consent where required.
This policy describes privacy practices; it does not waive your rights.
